SHIPPING
Where do items ship from?
All of our packages are shipped via either UPS or USPS first class mail from Kittery, ME. We generally ship one day per week (Every Tuesday).
How much is shipping?
This depends on the size/weight of your order. Our checkout and shopping cart is set up by product weight. You can simply enter your zip code at checkout to review estimated shipping costs.
How long does it take for a purchase to arrive?
Purchases typically take 5 to 7 business days to arrive at your door, but in most cases we ship the very same day as your purchase.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.
Do you offer overnight or expedited shipping?
We currently do not offer overnight or expedited shipping. All orders are shipped via USPS First Class/Priority Mail or UPS.
Do you ship internationally?
We can ship out of the United States. If you are willing to pay the full price of freight/shipping costs, we would be happy to sen our products your way! Currently we have shipped our Maine reclaimed doormats to England, Scotland, Brazil and Germany.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on an individual basis, within 10-days from the date the order was delivered to its final shipping destination. This does exclude all SEA n’ FETCH lobster rope dog toys, as we do not accept returns on these products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your STERNLINES purchase, please let us know! You can send your purchase back for a free exchange or refund.(Unfortunately, we do not reimburse any additional shipping charges you may incur when returning or exchanging an item.)

Can I return /exchange sale or closeout items?
Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or exchanges on sale or closeout items. All sales are final.
WHOLESALE OPPORTUNITIES
Do you wholesale?
We love hearing from local retailers. If you would like the opportunity to carry Stern Lines products through a wholesale account, please send us an email to info@sternlines.com. Within the email please include links to your website and social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc).
PAYMENT
Forms of payment accepted?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover. We are also authorized to accept Amazon Pay as well as PayPal!
ITEMS & CARE
Can my order be gift wrapped?
Yes all items can be given as a gift. Simply select the Gift Wrapping Option with your product. Each product is carefully wrapped in nautical style ribbon along with a note card. If you would like to include a personal note, just enter it upon your gift wrapped purchase.
If an item I would like to purchase is out of stock, when will it come back in stock?
As a small business with the majority of our items made right here in Maine by hand, we do not carry large levels of inventory. Although we do strive to restock all items on a monthly basis.
Does STERNLINES give away free stickers?
We love when we hear from our customers and their excitement about our products and brand. However, we do not normally distribute free stickers per request. All of our stickers can be purchased on our website
